Your Cuts Of Beef

Steaks

Tenderloin Steaks -  The most tender cut of beef.  It is cut from the loin of a beef, then cut into steaks known as "Filet Mignon".  This lean cut of meat, when cooked properly will literally melt in your mouth.

Ribeye Steak & Tomahawk Steak - This steak is sliced from the prime rib of a beef, with or without the bone attached.  Most commonly steaks are cut at 1" thick, but a Tomahawk is more commonly seen at a 2-2.5" thickness with the whole rib bone still attached.

​

NY Strip Steak - A steak cut from the Short Loin of a beef.  It consists of a muscle that does little work, making the meat tender, lean and perfect for grilling.

​

T-Bone Steak/Porterhouse Steak - The shortloin, with the bone in.  On one side of the bone you have a NY Strip steak, and the other side is the Tenderloin Steak. This steak has big flavor and is often big enough for two people to enjoy.

​

Sirlion Steak - Comes from the Top Sirloin muscle.  It is a flavorful cut that is versatile & juicy.  We cut our Sirloin Steaks at an 1 1/4", labeling them as Baseball cut Sirloins.

Angus Burgers

 100% All beef burgers,  All our beef comes from cattle 24 months or less, this ensures tenderness, flavor, & quality for Every product we sell. Our burgers are available in 2 sizes & 2 favors.  Our 4 oz burger packages contain 6 patties, the 6 oz burger packages contain 4 patties.

Beef Ribs

Prime Rib Back Ribs - A great choice for the BBQ or Smoker. A full rack of finger ribs that comes complete off the Prime Rib.

Short Ribs - Full of flavor and fall off the bone tender.  Best if Grilled or slow-roasted for a great beef dish.

​

Texas Long Ribs - Another cut style for short ribs.  These ribs are finger ribs with lots of meat.  They are highly marbled, making them juicy and tender.  Great for BBQing or Smoking.

​

Maui Ribs - A thinly cut, high quality beef short rib.  Great for marinating & braising or BBQing.

​

Roasts

Standing Rib Roast/Banquet Prime Rib - A highly marbled roast that will be very flavorful & tender.  It is a perfect holiday dinner or for a special occasion.

​

Sirloin Tip Roast - This roast is the most tender of all the round cuts.  It is a lean meat, with great flavor.

​

Inside/Outside/Eye of Round - A lean roast that should be slow-cooked to improve its tenderness and then sliced across the grain.  Also a good single muscle roast good for the rotisserie.

​

Cross-rib Roast - A roast that comes from the shoulder area of a beef.  The layers of marbling and meat make this roast juicy and flavorful when cooked slowly.

​

Chuck Roast - A top pick for a pot roast.  It has outstanding marbling, making this roast tender and juicy when braised.  Also a great choice for pulled beef dinner.

​

Brisket - A popular smoking cut.  Cooking it long & slow  gives the brisket a rich flavor, and tender texture.

Sausages

All Beef Fresh Sausage - A fine ground, gluten free, all beef dinner sausage, comes in 6 different flavors.  Most commonly in a pork casing, but we do offer it as a special order in a synthetic casing.

All Beef Breakfast Sausage - A find ground, gluten free, all beef breakfast sausage, comes in 3 different flavors.  It is stuffed in to a synthetic casing.

Smoked Sausages -  An all beef option for a classic Smokie on a bun.  All our sausages are handmade & mixed & cooked right in our processing facility. Available in 3 flavors. Only available in a pork casing. Gluten free, contains Dairy.
